[bksvol-discuss] is there a manual?

Hi folks

I have heard people mention a "manual" for proofreading. So far I have only
used the suggestions on the web site pages. I need all the help I can get
and wonder if I am missing a good source. If there is a manual, where would
I get one? Thanks
