Hi,

I just thought I'd let you all know about this in case it would help in your validating.

I asked about macros a while back. Jamie was kind enough to tell us all about how to create macros.

I found that executing macros is almost as painful as doing repetitive tasks manually. However, when you create a macro there is a keyboard buton in the macro dialog. If you click on that you can assign the macro to a unique keystroke that you can define. Once the macro is assigned to a keystroke you can just keep hitting that keystroke over and over and it will execute it each time.

I have been using this now for a couple of weeks and it works great.

I tend to define my keystroke as something like control+shift+2. You can pick whatever is easy for you but make sure you don't pick a keystroke already used by your screen reader or by Office.

Have fun.
