[bksvol-discuss] my personal need for lists

Personally I almost always validate rather than scan. So the wish list has little impact on me.

The admin queue and the list of what is in the queue and the slowness of the queue because only one person (Gustavo) has qualified somehow to finalize book approval is my concern. As I have expressed this concern for the past three years I shall not do so here again. (Gerald or Jake once said I sounded like a broken record and I admit I do.) I do hope Gustavo stays healthy both because I like him and because he fills so many vital functions.

I certainly do understand what he does. I am less certain about what the rest of the staff does. Forgive me if I sound rude, but what he does feels crucial and so much else seems nebulous when I ask about it on this list lately. (sigh)
