[bksvol-discuss] new volunteer not on list

We're very lucky to have a new volunteer, Teri
Bossard. She's just finishing her second year of law
school and in addition to scanning her law school
texts, which she will submit to the collection when
she's finished, she volunteered to do some of the more
unpopular books from the wish list. I say unpopular
because they've been sitting on the list for quite a
while. I've posted the ones she plans to scan, a
couple from her own library and the others from her
law school library, on the scan list. It may take a
while before they get done, and they may be somewhat
rough scans, not carefully prevalidated, but I did
tell her to put in the comments section the condition
and also to at least make sure all the pages are there
and to get rid of junk characters.
Those of you who have been in law school or know
someone who has, as well as those of you who are or
have been in graduate school--or undergraduate for
that matter--know how time-consuming it is, so these
books may take a while to get on the download list.
When any of them is, if I know about it I'll let
whoeveer requested the book to know in case you want
to validate it.
