[bksvol-discuss] newspaper question

When I go to the newspaper section to get newspapers, I see this message.
Access to local newspapers through NFB-Newsline is made available by funding at
a state level. Unfortunately, your state is not currently providing funding
for this service.
I live in Ohio, though and thought Ohio had access to this? Also, only one
national magazine shows up... What gives?
