HI E, 

When I wasn't working a day job I fell into a pattern of going to bed at 4
am and getting up at noon. I know it is a little different but I always felt
great on that schedule. I have had the chance to be on it a few times now
and it works for me.... :)

I no longer have to adhere to a nine to five schedule.  I find I do better 
sleeping for a couple of hours during the day and a shorter time at 
night.  This pattern has evolved over time.  Feel much better.
