Hi Cindy,
I've downloaded it and am working on it - I should have posted something. Smile. Like Ann said, it really is an excellent scan. It is missing many page numbers, but they are easy to figure out from the ones that are there. I'm working on the Chapter headings, which are just chapter numbers; if I can't figure all of them out I may need your help then to look at a printed copy. The hardest part is the book is full of conversations that mimic British working-class accents, so you can't do a straight-forward spell check on it as the spell checker thinks those are all errors.

    munged. It's not clear sometimes when a new chapter starts.  I'm
    sorry, but I don't have time to complete this book and give it the
    TLC it deserves.  I'm hoping that the next proofer will be able to
    do this.  Again, sorry..
