Hi Valerie and Mayrie,
The instructions Mayrie gave have now been tested in all versions of Word from Word 2000 on up, and work correctly. smile.
So I'm guessing there is something else additionally going on in Valerie's file, too.

I did copy and paste from her instructions, but it only found four instances
and messed up other things I then had to fix (or at least I hope I fixed,
LOL).  Will try again on something smaller and see if it was a fluke.
