Hi. I'm thinking of submitting a nonfiction book that has several documents
reprinted in a single volume. The publisher's not says that each document's
title and page number are at the head of the page. The publisher has added
sequential numbers at the foot of each page for ease of navigation. For
example if the first document has 10 pages, the page header has the document
title and pages 1-10 and the page footer has pages 1-10; however, the second
document may be pages 1-40 in its headers but the publishers sequential
numbering in the footer is 11-50. So I'm not sure how the bookshare tools
will handle the numbering, or how I might protect the different sequences of
numbers. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Cheryl
