I thought I wrote yesterday, but if it is only rated GOOD, a BSO (better scan
of) is a great idea, if you are interested. If you do it as a BSO, you need to
add that in front of the title on the metadata page while submitting and the
proofreader needs to leave it intact when checking in the book.
