Yes, we're trying to hire another Claire-type person (and another Carrie-type person), so the approval queue won't get so big. Claire and I moved our office to the downstairs Benetech office (just rented) last Thursday and Friday, and Claire got behind in her approval queue handling. I'm sure she'll deal with it Monday.
