I'll check my libraries, and if the public libraries  don't have it I'll see if 
My husband can get it from the universities, or maybe we'll have to try the  a 
law school library.

If I can get the book I'll let you know and you  can let me know the pages  and 
include the garbled text and what pages pictures are on
