chapter headings occur, you move the page number to the top of the page,
removing the one at the bottom. There has still been some question about

Hi,
I have a question about the placement of page numbers...
I'm currently proof reading a book which has so far had wonderfully intact
page numbers at the bottom of every page. Can I leave them there, or should
I move all of them to the top corners? Usually I put them at the top, but
this is the first book I've done which has had them already there so nicely!
It's a change!
