HI Cindy,

Actually, whether bolded or italicized text sounds different depends
entirely on how each user has his or her screen reader set.  I, personally,
do hear all bold and italics, and like Judy, find it distracting if all of
the page numbers are not consistently bold, italicized, or just plain.  It
doesn't matter to me which they are, but if they keep changing, it makes my
brain kind of stutter as I read past the different and inconsistent text.

But this is not something that bookshare requires, and if you don't want to
make all of the page numbers the same kind of text, your books won't be
rejected.
