Cindy, these files exist in your temp folder. Go ahead & do the following, assuming you're using xp: 1) Press windows key & f simultaneously; 2) Tab to all files & folders button & activate w/space or enter; 3) type in the filename without the extension, e.g., practici if it follows traditional bookshare naming convention; 4) Hit alt r.
