I looked for copyright information in this book and found it on the third
page.
"Copyright © 1996 by Betty Grey Grosso and Loren Grey Foreword copyright © 1996
by Loren Grey
All rights reserved."
If you have trouble locating the info, try useing the find feature on the word
copyright. It won't always be perfect at finding it, but I'd try it before
giving up.
I also noticed that there are page breaks, but not as many as their should be.
Looks like there's about half as many meaning the scanner probably didn't have
two page recognition on.

Folks,
I tried to notify you of this yesterday but sent it to the wrong address.
I was trying to validate this book but it has some problems I can't resolve.
1) This book has no title page included.
2) this book has no copyright info included.
3) This book has lots of wrongly scanned characters in it.
4) I tried to check the page breaks but can't find very many of them at all.
I am releasing this book back into the pool so that perhaps someone with more
experience at this can do more with it.
