Hi Shannon,
On about the sixth day of you having the book you can go to the Step 2
Upload page and choose the Renew option. This option will not appear until
the sixth or so day though.

Hi Booksharians:
If I needed to keep a book longer than a week to validate it completely, can
I renew it before it gets kicked back to step1? Or do I have to wait until
it's returned to step1 to grab it again?
I've always managed to get through within the first week, but I thought I
would need more time with the book I just accepted. I made it by getting up
early and reading all morning. So how precisely do you renew a book that
you already have and that you want to keep?
