I don't know if this is the prescribed way or not. I do see a problem with it because it takes credit from the original submitter, but I will tell you something I did once. I uploaded a book I had proofread and there was a problem with it. Carrie accidentally approved it anyway and when she realized her mistake she just withdrew it from the collection. Well, it was then not on the checkout list. It was not in the collection. It was nowhere in the Bookshare system. It was still sitting on my hard drive though. So I just submitted it to the checkout list as if it was my own scan and someone else proofread it and it entered the collection.
