Hi Ann,

I'm not Scott or Carrie, but you can renew your books so that the work
you've done won't be lost. As for why you can't upload a book to the
approval queue, I don't have any idea why that is. I can't remember, does
the page just sit there, and sit there, and never actually finish uploading
your book? Have you contacted your internet provider to find out if they
have been notified about any other similar problems in your area?

You can renew your books for the short fix, then your work won't be lost,
and you won't have to check them out again, or worry that someone else will
check them out.

Good luck figuring out what the problem is. I know how frustrating this
stuff is!

Mayrie

Hello Scott and Carrie,
I couldn't remember either of your email addresses, so i thought to send an
email out through the mailing list.

I'm still having trouble checking in my books. I have three books that need
to be checked in, and no matter what i try, i can't seem to get it to work.
I think its either my internet connection, or my computer.
I have two books that are about to expire, and i don't want to get into
trouble by having them sit there. is there anything you guys can do? I
really want to get this taken care of before i proof another book. As soon
as i can fix this problem, i will let you guys know.

Ann
