Jill, before sizing the book title, chapter headings, sections, or anything of the like, you should select the entire text by pressing control a, then open the font menu and set it to Times New Roman 12 point. Then, you only enlarge the font on the title, or chapter heading. If you don't do this, some things could show up as headings that actually aren't. I hope this was clear.
