I'd like you to upload in rtf because it sounds like you do good scanning work, and might scan some things I would like to validate, but if your file ever has something strange with it that prevents it from being easy to validate in rtf you can submit in Open Books format and it will get validated by someone. Am I too nosy if I ask what you are going to major in in college? About Swallows and Amazons, just let Natasha know what you find for copyright info if you scan it. Maybe even send the first few pages to compare them. I doubt it will do much good since I suspect they will either be different editions, or your book will be identical and therefore won't contain the word copyright either. It wasn't that those pages didn't scan, they came out just about perfect, but the publishers just seem to have forgotten a line. :-) I hope that bookshare staff don't decide that a perfectly complete book that is acceptable to the publisher and to libraries and book sellers is not acceptable for bookshare. And if it isn't I hope that some evil publisher doesn't decide to omit that line in their books, so that they don't go on to bookshare. I doubt more than one person in the world would be that rude as well as devious, but it has amazed me how annoying one could be to me. Sarah Van Oosterwijck curious entity at earthlink dot net
