But if you lie about the book's quality, the validator will catch you out
and tell the whole world! <lol>
Seriously to answer your question, the validator can change the quality
rating if the original rating seems inaccurate. In my experience, some
submitters seem to have an inferiority complex--and I'm fairly picky too.
