Hi Sarah, I spilled a cup of tea on my Braille Note and killed it. It went to California for a rehab. It got a new mother board, yey, a new battery and its Braille display cleaned. Cleaning the Braille display will probably solve your dot 5 problem. I had a weak dot in a cell from the beginning and now it's okay. I think a cleaning costs a couple hundred dollars. I'm not sure because I had a hefty bill because of the new mother board.
