Actually quite a few people have had such a problem. No one has posted a solution, either. It seems that there is an occasional book that the system doesn't accept because it is too big. I haven't heard about submitters having the problem, but validators do sometimes have it.

Try changing the file name. Make it a eight letter name and keep it as a rtf. I too never heard of a file too big to upload with DSL.
