Just in case this helps at all, I use the Google Toolbar's autofill feature to fill out forms on the internet. In the settings of the toolbar, you can specify your details like your name, emaill address, phone number and all of that. The program will save your info and let you fill it in automatically when you get to a web page like Amazon. If you put the computer into forms mode, then turn on the Jaws cursor, and use it to go up to the top of the screen and click the autofill button, it will fill in most of the fields for you. AI RoboForm will do a similar and superior job if you're willing to buy shareware. Google is free though, so anyone can use it. I don't know how well the Google software works with Window Eyes or Hal though. I hope this will help someone here.
