I'm with Cindy on this one. Some of the books in text format were
submitted long ago when the page break policy wasn't in place. In
addition, one cannot assume that the general user base got the
message when the policy was put in place. We may know it well, but
the average Bookshare member probably just submits a book and goes on
his/her merry way. (smile) From talking to some Bookshare members
who aren't on the volunteers list, there is a pretty big disconnect
between what they know and what we know about submitting books.
