The book I had so many questions about regarding footnotes and how to do the
scripture references had no ISBN but I remembered from the manual that that
was ok. But after I looked at the pages closely saw it has no copyright date
or even copyright holder! Just an author and a publishing company. That is a
total reject, huh?
Rats. I scanned the whole thing and was already 15 pages into editing it.
