[bksvol-discuss] who sends invite to Bookshare?

I am trying to convince blindmission.org to send their devotionals on to
Bookshare. They already offer them in braille so I imagine it would be
uber-simple for them to forward that rtf onto Bookshare for use by thousands
more people.
Who invites them? Ought UI to send an email with info or would it be better
for a staff member to initiate that?
I am trying to get Dennis Debaucht's books (Safety and Risk Management for
people with Autism) on Bookshare as well, and I had some fantastic
discussions with the person who showed some interest, but though she said
she'd be meeting with Bookshare sometimes in Oct, I have no way of following
up to see if they actually do it. So now I am wondering if I should let
staff contact folks.
