Hi all,
I'mvalidating the Last Coyote by Michael Connelly and I've run into 2
situations I'm not sure how to handle. First, there's no copyright
information with the book. I can get the information from the Library
OfCongress, I know, but that wouldn't be the actual copyright page of the
book. Is it acceptible to do that?
Second, is a pesky page number question. Whoever scanned the book got some
pages out of order. I was able to correct that problem, but that caused the
page numbers to be messed up and I don't know how to correct that issue. I
have the book as a pdb file, but of course its page numbers are completely
different. I don't have access to a copy of the print book, so my question
is what to do about the page number situation.

Thanks in advance for any help.
