Hi David,
I will check the Bluetooth, but I'm not sure what that has to do with
the missing keyboard. I've had this issue ever since I updated to IOS
11. What's strange is it will show the keyboard when I need to enter
my passcode, just not in any other text field. Even if the keyboard
did come up, I probably still would not be able to get my password
entered because I am terrible at touch typing on the iPhone.

considered a restart of your iPad? I only use an iPhone and don't own an
iPad so this isn't something I've seen but I haven't encountered it globally
using an iPad Mini at work.e

Hello, I am having a bit of an issue with using Braille screen input on an
iPad.
Voiceover is not speaking the characters when I am in a password field

can’t enter my credentials. The onscreen keyboard is too difficult for me

am using my Braille display, Voiceover does speak the characters I am
typing,
but not when using Braille screen input. I’m using eight dot computer
Braille
as my input. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
