Learn how to easily find shows and movies that have video description -
a secondary audio program that provides narration to assist our
customers who are blind or have low vision.
*Note:* This video description search feature is currently in Beta.
Find Programs that have Video Description Using the X1 Voice Remote
1. Turn on video description

2. If you are visually impaired, you may also want to turn on Voice
Guidance
<https://customer.xfinity.com/help-and-support/cable-tv/x1-voice-guidance/>,
the X1 talking guide.
3. You can quickly search for programs with video description two ways:
* Hold the *Voice Control key* - the third button up from the *OK*
key in the center of your XFINITY remote - and say "Shows with
video description" or "Movies with video description".
* Type "video description" using the number pad on your XFINITY
remote control and press *OK*.
4. On the *Video Description* page, you'll find a few rows with
different ways to explore content with video description:
* *Featured Content* like popular movies and shows.
* *Collections* including TV Listings, TV On Demand and Movies On
Demand.
* Video Description *Content Airing Right Now*.
* Video Description *Movies On Demand*.
5. Use the *left/right arrow keys* on your XFINITY remote to explore
the items in each row. Use the *up/down arrow keys* to move between
rows. Press *OK* to make a selection.

* Type "video description" using the keypad on your X1 remote control
or the X1 Search Bar.
