This reminder is for people who are still using Windows 8.1 and earlier.
Microsoft had been allowing users of assistive technology to upgrade
their computer to Windows 10 at no cost, even when the free offer was no
longer available for sighted users. This offer will be expiring on
December 31 of this year. After January 1, you will still be able to
upgrade to Windows 10 but you will need to pay for the software.
