[blind-philly-comp] drive expansion solved Thanks to Microsoft, but not all of the space is there....

Called the accessibility department, and had to make 3 phone calls to get
this done which sucked.

But so basically they had to shrink the empty new volume D. then they had to
take the live  recovery partition (which was F), and put that on a USB thumb
drive.

Then they deleted the   recovery partition from the PC, and expanded the C
drive as   far as they could.

Now the only  strange thing is that it only shows 232 GB and not the full
250. Now I know it won't' be exact when it comes to space, but it  appears
to me that some space is not being accounted for.

Any idea why or how  to fix that?

Thanks all!

John
