[blind-philly-comp] what am I, or what is Apple missing?

Hi,
So Voice over tells me there are 3 notifications,
I ask Siri to open notifications, not even read them, and I'm told
Can't do that.

What am I missing?
How is that more difficult than
How many pizza places near me?
