As the chair of the programming committee for 2017 North American Systemic
Constellation Conference, I am delighted to inform you that your proposal,
Social Presencing Theater: Bringing experiential awareness work into
organizations, has been accepted by the committee.
We look forward to your participation in the conference and the contribution of
your knowledge and experience to developing the skills of our constellation
community. Your workshop will be part of the Organizational Constellations
track at the conference. When the conference workshop schedule (which includes
day, timeframe and number of minutes) is finalized, in late summer or early
fall, I will forward a copy of it to you.
Please take the next steps to confirm your attendance at the conference and
your acceptance of our offer to present at our gathering in Virginia Beach.
These steps include:
1) Reply to this email by June 15 confirming your acceptance
2) Register for the conference by July 1 (early bird rate ends June 18, 2017)
A member of our marketing committee will be contacting you to see if you would
be willing to be interviewed by skype about your workshop. If you are, the
video of the interview would be posted on the conference website to provide
conference participants a preview of the topics you will address.
We would also greatly appreciate your active support in spreading the word
about the conference in your own circle of friends and associates. Often our
own network of associates contains many potential participants if they knew
more about the personal and professional benefits of systemic constellations.
Sharing a few words of testimony and the conference link, on social media or by
other means, could make a big difference in someone's life.
