Hi Chris,
I am glad you shared! I believe and it is my experience, that because
of what is happening to us as facilitators always impacts our work it
is helpful when we state our state of being before groups, or in this
forum- not to make it the center of everything, but to acknowledge
simply our being a human- and you did that so well. There is plenty
of need for all of us to see how the fires with destruction and death
in their wake can have a place in the big picture of our being human.
Will I be ready to to agree with what is happening? Will I rather
want the authorities to find the the perpetrators, so it can be
someone's evil deed, someones guilt? And I will be distracted from
having to feel my own having no power over the destiny of beloved
one's or my own?
This one feels like the mother of a tuff constellation. If I were the
facilitator, I would let it end with the question.
And Chris, if I - like in a dream- could fly, I would just bring some
good german beer with me and we might sit and drink for a while.
