I would appreciate feedback on this topic.
My initial experience in this work was to want to hear and, in hindsight, an
attachment to the belief that understanding would come through the words.
In workshops that are trainings, there is an emphasis on everyone being able
to hear.
When in workshops that are not for training is it important to make sure
everyone can hear? I have come to value the flow and have developed more of
an attachment to the idea that the words are possible distraction. At least
beyond what they facilitate for the representatives they can be.
