I have had good results doing constellations in the mind's eye via skype or by
telephone. Others have also reported this to work well. If you are unfamiliar
with working in the mind's eye, see the book by Dr. Ursula Franke, "When I
close my eyes." If a good internet connection is not available, a pre-paid
long distance phone card is very affordable. The client can transfer the fee to
your bank.
