Hi Khudai,
Thanks so much for your sharing. I too am in awe of the way this constellation
work is moving. Yes my statement also shocked me! To answer your question "do
we really know what we state?", I have to answer that at the time I made it I
did not know, although I trusted a deep connected gut instinct and reflex
action that thrust it forward. I experienced it as a knowing from my instinct
not yet alive nor conscious in the present. I have only come to understand the
depths of this a couple of days later and it did reveal much. I have outlined
my understandings in a letter to Anita and given my permission for her to share
it if she feels to. Otherwise it is over now for me.
I appreciate your openness and longing to connect more, I share it. It is my
experience that fresh and new perspectives are born out of real questions and
the phenonemonology associated with the way an answer forms within the
boundaries of the orders of love. Essentially I perceived your response as a
question about questions and answers in the whole. Sooooooooooooo here are my
thoughts.
Love to you and thankyou Sadhana
REAL QUESTIONS
It is my experience that every real question contains its very own answer. It
is only a matter of degrees that separates the answer from a question. A real
question has a certain weight. The image I would use are kitchen scales. When
receiving a question from a client one invariably senses a systemic imbalance.
The scales of conscience are not weighted evenly; hence the question. A
question that holds no weight is not a question at all. These questions are
games of the mind. The client attempts to play with the facilitator with such
questions. I have watched Hellinger and Svagito turn many questions away in
their work. Each time this happened I noticed the strength and dignity of the
knowing field become even more tangible. The clarity of their refusals, to
waste their time answering questions that are not real, are acts of not only,
self preservation. They are life sustaining decisions that preserve the knowing
field and all those present in it. Their
vigilance in the face of adversity is born out of an intrinsic respect for the
sacred and “the higher” in these seemingly ordinary situations. Their clarity,
trust and strength as facilitators ensure they never lose the basic respect or
trust for their own process and of the group they work with. In this way they
are also able to preserve the dignity and sacred soul of everyone present.
A real question always surfaces from the depths of our unconscious and floats
to the top, almost without a ripple. It is usually very short, not more than a
few words and it is always connected to life force. A real question comes from
what has been before, moves to the present, transforms in the light of
understanding and positive perception and moves on into a bright future.
Sometimes it may not even be “our” question. It would seem that we are all
vehicles of a greater spirit mind that is thinking and moving through us. This
eternal movement of life poses a question then moves towards a solution. A real
question is an alive phenomenon. Its answer will always be revealed out of
phenomenology. Those who have been with Hellinger have felt and experienced
this in action.
When I say in the beginning of this article that “it is only a matter of
degrees that separates a question from its answer” I am referring to the multi
dimensional aspect of a real question. From where did it arise and which
direction is it traveling? Questions arising from mind itself without spirit
move to a dead end street. Often a question that is not yet real (ie: still
separated or disconnected,) is only one degree away from being connected to
life force or “the spirit-mind” movement. The intensity of “fear” and “longing”
in the questioners conscience is worth noting here. Is there more “fear” or
longing? Which weighs heavier? If longing for love weighs heavier on the inner
scales of conscience there is enough energy to transform the fear. Recognizing
this I have seen master facilitators shock the client into dissolving the one
degree that separated them from their opportunity to transform themselves.
Absorbing the shock was the
catalyst for bringing together that which was previously separated. This takes
a lot of courage and trust for both facilitator and client and everybody
present, and can only happen with a deep love connection. How beautiful to see
the light and joy on everyones face as they surface into a new way of moving
forward though! The effects are felt immediately. In that moment of insight
death happened. Fear and longing met in one miraculous moment, disappeared and
left a fragrance of love in their wake. The facilitator was not afraid of death
and embraced it, with life.
I have only just realized this morning that every question if it is connected
follows the orders of love.....DaHHHH! I am blonde afterall! Idle curiosity or
intellectual enquirey is in my experience not connected to these orders or the
movements of the spirit-mind. They move in a wrong direction away from trans
formative process. This is not to say they cannot be enjoyed or indulged in. It
simply means that further “ripening” is needed before the fruit is ready to
fall. So directions within orders are important, and the one thing that
discerns which direction is in tune with spirit-mind movement is love and
awareness. Of course our "wanting to stay free" can sometimes be like the age
old dilemma of Hamlet "to be or not to be?" To move in a direction for
transformation or not?
Love Sadhana

Dear Sadhana,
I enjoyed reading your words in answer to Anita's question.
Yet, the last part was a little difficult for me to take in. You say to Anita
that she must be living in a world of conscience and survival where she fears
being killed or is also capable of killing...That is quite a statement! And
i've heard Bert Hellinger state that in a certain context. Wondering tonight at
my/our use of words, i/we have heard from others and applying them to another
context..... ..And do we really know what we state? And perhaps the context is
right....don' t know....
I have learned Constellation Work in the old way...these days i'm viewing DVDs
from Bert Hellinger's last training in Austria. To me they are quite amazing! I
am challenged in everything i've learned up to now! Not knowing at this moment
how to continue with the work here. Yet, for sure wanting to explore and really
be in the space of not knowing and trusting what the moment or the "higher" is.
So i start again questionning what i hear or read. Perhaps just wanting a fresh
and new perspective that acknowledges others' discoveries and wisdoms, but
wanting to stay free at the same time to let life teach me moment to moment.
So Sadhana, you give me an oppurtunity to question.... and to look at my
unhapiness with anything that looks anything like a label.. and to look at the
fear of exposing myself in this CT. Thank you so much.
Love to you
Khudai

Hi Anita,
Lovely to hear. We strike a balance with adversity when we remember to
include"that something higher" that Bert talks about. My experience is that
that something higher is a dimension of love. Osho my Indian master used to
talk alot about "the fourth dimension". My trainings in esoteric science taught
me that we are all multi dimensional beings. For example our 3 lower centres or
chakras are purely survival orientated and vibrate more with the animal
kingdom. Most of us live in these "in the jungle of life" where "kill or be
killed" is the collective word. However when one begins to meditate and enter
transformative processes involving the raising of consciousness, life energy
flows more and more via the heart centre, which is the "fourth dimension".
In the heart centre there is a very real "centre of empitness" or a "source"
from where all life springs and returns to. One can only access it when the
mind is stilled and a fine inner tuning learns to feel comfortable and safe
residing there. In love one simply relaxes and trusts in something greater,
that works its wonder via the "unknown" magic of existance itself. You can
practice tuning into this space in your quieter moments.. Sitting or lying
quietly and breathing into the heart it helps to imagine with every in breath
the heart is stretching.. .becoming wider....bigger. ......this is actually an
attunment to the wider bigger soul that Bert talks about. I find it helps to
remember situations or people in my life that I was with when I entered this
state of higher consciousness. The memory of light and love infuses the present
and pretty soon whammooo you're there. One thing to note about the heart chakra
is that it is the only centre of
our being that can expand to embrace the whole of existance. One cannot do this
via intellect or mind or even our biological sexual, sensual channels they are
all too narrow.
In a meditative state of being present in the here and now one uses the outer
senses to look hear, see, smell and feel with a deep inner awareness of the
heart. Looking, hearing and feeling via the heart has a totally different
quality to our biological senses. The key, and the difference for converting
these ordinary senses into the extrordinary is AWARENESS and LOVE. When
looking, tune into the heart, expand, relax, trust. When listening also remain
in the heart centre.
If one practices this in every moment of the day, it becomes a way of life, an
expanded state of living that can only resonate with something higher, not
lower. Lower vibrations cannot interfere with such a state....it is in fact
beyond them..
Hellinger in KL had us all practising this expanded state of looking.. Look at
a spot anywhere.... . shift your focus to a soft stare that now includes all
that the eyes can see.....an expanded vision. Move from using a tiny part of
your vision to all of it. In this you not only see that which you were focusing
on but all that is around what you focused on. In this way you do not get lost
in the part and have the opportunity to embrace the whole. Our inner senses
without awareness remain always with a part picture.. We need to learn to use
them to perceive the whole. This can only happen with practice and rememberance
of being here and now every moment.
A multi dimensional awareness is needed. One that not only uses intellect, but
one that also embraces instinct and intuition. Many of us function in only one
of these. A complete or whole picture is never available with such a narrow
chanel of perception. Imagine the picture you will get when these 3 inner
centres are fully engaged in the moment all together. Slowly slowly it becomes
a way of life that connects you to a higher movement.
The three lower centres (or chakras) of our metaphysical being are engaged in
intellect and instinct. The fourth is intuition. Intuition is the path to love
and trust. The inner dynamics of intuition are very scientific. I would have to
write another seperate article to outline the science of how this works
metaphysically in our system. Since I am a mad inner scientist and passionate
about these things I could do it if anyone is interested. Perceiving in a
positve way in life and constellations is scientific. It follows a certain
inner blueprint or map of understanding. It helps to know about these things.
So to answer your question. That state of trust does not make us extememly
vulnerable to predators when one remains connected to "something higher". You
must be living in the world of conscience and survival where you fear "being
killed" and are also capable of "killing".
Perhaps this is a good place to start.
Thankyou for your question Anita, I hope I have been of some help to you and
others.
Lots of love to you
Sadhana

Dear Sadhana
Trust is everything. It allows us to relax, take in what is, and be here.
And that state of trust also makes us extremely vulnerable to predators. How
do we strike that balance so we can trust in life while being vigilant, like
sleeping cats, to those who are skilled enough to manipulate us in that
state?
Sincerely
Anita

There are times to "feed on death" and there
are times to move beyond death into a celebration of life. This
movement of the spirit-mind? ? What is the safety in this path? Pure
trust. Pure trust, that is all.
