I hope New Zealand is welcoming you warmly. Yes so many crimes against humanity across our globe, where truth telling is still needed. This pattern in Australia has a particular flavour in my experience and is alive in so many different systems. I am very interested in other perceptions / experiences of the pattern in other places.

I do think however that your plea for truth telling could actually apply to almost any country on earth! Not least to Britain and Europe!!! I should say that 98% of countries Worldwide have a history of crimes against humanity that need to be acknowledged and regretted.... a worthwhile topic ! Thanks for bringing it into focus. completing a Train the Trainer at the Bert Hellinger Institute in the

capacity and interest to reflect on issues from a systems perspective has
expanded, especially at this transformational time across the globe. In
this article I reflect on the Australian leadership patterning through COVID
19 and citizens responses. It is framed in a pattern I have found very
apparent in Australia in my work with businesses, organisations and
individuals, one I have termed " "Cover Up".

I apply key systemic principles throughout the article and trace the
patterns formation back to colonisation. While it is framed in this specific
pattern the process can be applied to the many different patterns that
operate within our professional systems. I ask many questions. As race is
high on our world stage I thought it timely to share this with you all. It
is 13 pages of text and a bit extra with images so not a quick read. I hope
some of you can take the time to have a read and it sheds some light.
