Welcome to the club! I think this shift happens to most of us, once we learn
the soul work. It asks a lot of us to change in our professional conscience
for the full price that it costs us.
I have noticed this concentration of effectiveness (??) in my practice every
time I learned something new. And with constellation work this is extremely
the case. But as a child I already had this dream: I wanted to help people -
although I didn't yet know how. In the catholic mass there was one sentence
that gave me as a young child a clue on how to work best: The sentence
(spoken to Jesus) was: Speak/say one word and I will be healed.
The systemic work has often given me this one sentence or word, and even
more: We could find out to whom and by who this one word needs to be spoken.
This is usually not the client.
Even in my consultations the real work is done in a few minutes, the rest of
the time is more like warming up and cooling down.
I still don't know what is the best way to sell this work. Sometimes I think
that this financial problem is part of the history. In former days the
healer and the priest (from any type of religion) was the same person, so
healing came from a place that was not directly paid for. Even later the
hospitals were run by nuns who didn't get paid for their work because they
were in service.
Sometimes in organisational constellations that I do for older hospitals or
clinics I see that this historical aspect still plays a role.
All this writing is by no means an answer to your question, and even worse:

Hi,
I noticed something lately about my practice and I was wondering if it
was happening to any others at well.
I think I am becoming a Consterpist.
I have been concentrating for a year on Constellations, mostly running
workshops. I have come back to Australia and seen some private clients
for therapy, that's their therapy not mine, but its changed. I seem to
be doing something different and more powerful.
I think I have become a Consterpist.
We seem to be covering about a years therapy in a couple of sessions
and we both, the client and me, seem quite content, though I may be
poorer unless I can find lots more clients.
Has this happened to anyone else?
The trouble is, I am not sure what to put on my business card.
Consterpist or Pistconster.
I would welcome any ideas.
