It was hard for me to learn Family Constellation facilitation. It took about 4
years before I could bring everything into the Field and know it would all work
out. To have this confidence.
Learning the Biz portion of Constellations has taken many more years. There was
the personal work side (will I be received, am I safe to be seen, can I charge
what the work is worth) and the skill building side (where to market and how to
write copy)
I think this is why Leslie Nipps and I are so passionate about supporting
facilitators to learn Biz skills. We both see this as something that holds
facilitators back and we want to see our profession grow.
Leslie will be leading the Biz of Constellations MasterMind call this Thursday
at 6pm (Mountain TIme US). During this bi-weekly call we share tips, strategies
and best practices. We come together as a tribe professionals on a shared
