Thank you Ed
I did miss that. It is easy to miss these important subtleties when you are
a representative, which both Barbara & I were in that constellation. Your
clarification helps me to put it into a broader context.

Subject: [ConstellationTalk] From Ed lynch
Dear Barbara, Johnnes, Chris, and others,
I was fully cognizant of the client's issue, and her presented issue, and
the
group issue. What no one seems to have seen was that I was working with the
women's issue and the couple issue at the same time. I worked at the self
boundary and the systemic boundary in such a way as to respect her, to not
shame
her, and to hold her in love. In reality, who was the excluded one?
I also was aware of the group's anxiety about 'exposure' and the implicit,
"Who is to work on themselves?" as a driving force into the transference
issues.
The perpertrator/victim dynamic raised its head as well, adding to the
anxiety and fear. Those of you in attendance will recall my reframing and
redrection
of that issue too.
Ed Lynch
P.S. May I refer you to my chapter on Couples in Messengers of Healing,
(Zeig, Tucker, Theisman), a book about Family Constellations, and my book
Principles and Practices of Structural Family Therapy, (Gestalt Press) which
also deals
with Couples.
