I feel an org chat group to be valuable at least in the short term until while we sort a few things out.  It may have a shorter lifespan, but maybe not?  Thank you Chris for offering to provide a solution. Jo

Hi all,             because of all the complaints I have received in the last month about the functioning of this group I have sought advice widely including from our overseas mentors.   It has become apparent that this group is not the appropriate medium for administrative and organisational functions, such as organising events, umbrella groups or registration processes. This group in fact, functions best as a tool for establishing relationship through conversation.   Therefore in the next week I will formally alter the group description to exclude organisational functions from this group. Those things can be done through other media. Hopefully all those who have been automatically deleting their ConstellationTalk emails will then feel inclined to  look at them again. I will email all the people on the list individually (to bypass the automatic deletin process.) to notify them of these changes when they are formalised next week.   In the meantime, I would appreciate it if people did not try to use the list as an organisational tool as it  has almost destryoyed the group.   hasta la vista
