Anita, big thanks for your reflection, it inspired me a lot right now!
I want to underline what is so precious for me from your words:
- The spiritual value is determined by the act-or, the
doer of the act, and the intention of the act-or is the biggest variable in
that value. It is not for an outsider to determine how spiritual any entity
or act is.
- What is spiritual work? Being alive is spiritual work.
Thanks for that Anita

Thanks Chris for pointing out that having clear boundaries for this
discussion group in no way implies a separation between constellation work
and spirituality.
In fact, to take this further, in my experience, there is no separation
between *anything *and spirituality. Spirituality permeates everything, is
everything, and the act of making a cup of coffee can be, and is, as
spiritual as praying. The spiritual value is determined by the act-or, the
doer of the act, and the intention of the act-or is the biggest variable in
that value. It is not for an outsider to determine how spiritual any entity
or act is. When this happens, it is a judgment that serves to divide,
separate and exclude the seemingly non-spiritual entity or act.
I struggle with my own tribal behaviour everyday when I judge and condemn.
I
recognize my need to create an "us" so I can belong to the system of "us",
and find in it a primal kind of security and identity. Yet as I do so, I
create a "them" which creates another system, in my mind/perception, and
those members are then excluded from my system. Unlike the Orders of Love
in
a family, "they" don't have a right to belong in mine, because they are
people in the world at large, but by creating this "us" and "them", two
systems, I am creating more division in the bigger system that then reduces
the amount of love and energy available to both systems.
I hope this makes sense as I work it out myself by writing it.
What is spiritual work? Being alive is spiritual work. We are all doing it
all the time, saints and sinners, healers and destroyers all. We all belong
to Spirit and are of it.
What is constellation work? It's a small bandwidth in the spectrum of
spiritual work. And in this forum, I choose to focus on that particular
bandwidth.

Hi all
For the purposes of this group we are not asking anyone to separate
spiritual work from constellation work. We are simply asking people to
the topic on constellation work. It really isn't that difficult tois
understand. If the post says nothing about constellation work even if it
a beautiful spiritual comment it is still off topic. I know some peopleshow
simply make the mistake of assuming the connection is obvious. This might
be
the case for Barbara's lovely recent posting about the old woman and the
Hopi nation. All anyone needs to do is to explicitly join the dots and
how the post is related to constellation work. If you can't do that thenit
is safe to assume that the post does not belong here. I hope that isclear.

Anutoshf, thanks for this heartfelt comment. I too have a hard time
separating constellation work from spiritual work. As a matter of fact I
think if you go deep enough with constellation work you must have a
framework that includes the soul and soul healing.this

Thank you Chris.
Important for me to let you know that even if i sometimes disagree, it is

no way a disrespect to you nor friends in this forum.
It has all been an enrichment in so many ways and having to stretch where
needed for me is related to this work.
This stretching starts with us and this work for me is a byproduct of

This forum was set up for conversation about constellation practice. If
deteriorated into an exchange of platitudes based on various people's
spiritual or political belief systems it would no longer be serving the
purpose for which it was set it up. However constellation work does
awhatever
genuine spiritual aspect. This forum needs to remain open to that. My
concern is about people sending in posts about emoto or Libya or
with no attempt to relate it to constellation work.before
If someone wants to set up another email group to discuss broader
spirituality they are quite welcome to do so. However as founder and
moderator of this group I will defend the mandate of this group.
Accordingly
from now on if anyone sends posts that are not related to constellation
work
I will place them on moderation. That means I will read their posts
they go to the group. If their posts are not related to constellationwork
they will be rejected. In the spirit of transparency I will not get inthe
way of any ongoing discussion of this decision.<mailto:ConstellationTalk%40yahoogroups.com>

Hello Everyone,
It might be timely to ask ourselves, are we a professional forum, a
spiritual collective or some combination of both ?
Warm Regards
