From a jungian standpoint, the anima and animus on the collective unconscious
level in the US at least have been part of a cross generational cultural war in
which the nature of man and woman in their wonderful differences
has gotten confused with inequality. This has politicized the psycho-theraputic
and healing processes and at time has created shame and guilt oriented
responses as being demanded of most males by many females.

boys, Some of Steven Diamond's work, as well as that of Gugenbuhl Craig, Power
and the Helping Professions is also useful,
As always, the real work becomes truly healing only thru the Presence of
Essence states. My experience has been that all too many constellations merely
bandy about negative and unresolved transference and countertransference.
It reminds me of the kind of destructive group carom(Irving Yalom) pathological
counter transferential processes I observed in really useless if not harmful
psychodramas.

As a man I reject to be equal to a woman.We have the same rights, but we are
different and, to recognize and homnoring the difference is the clue to be
co-creators of the world.
Some years ago, many men reject women because they said women seemed
defective men. Nowadays it appears some people assume men are bad, because we
are not like women , but with penis.
If we assume to be equal, I fear we couldn´t recognize and honoring the
difference and the system will be not complete.

Dear all
I was deeply touched while watching this youtube video.
Not only because I am a woman, but it feels eversince that the masculin and
feminin part within myself are balanced in a deeper level.
The apologies of the men felt like a healing energy to my soul. This (for
my) systemic experience works on a micro, meso as well macro level.
It was as if the masculin part in myself apologies to the feminin part in
myself.
For sure it was also the unconsciousness dominance of men in our world that
asks apologies to the women worldwide.
Coming together and working together is the next step to be taken after this
recognizing/ acknowledging of the feminin part by the masculin.
Masculin and feminin, both are equal and are necessary to transform our
beautiful world into the next level of evolution.
From a long, long period of 'conquest, colonization and consumption' we
transform into a new period of 'connection, communication and
consciousness'.
That is what the macroshift is all about: navigating this transformation to
a sustainable world.
We all do need a shift from our mind & ego to our heart!
I want to share this video with all of you........ because systemic is all
about 'recognizing, honouring and integrating the part that was left out'.
We only had to be aware of that 'what was left out and unseen' for a long
time. The time is there.....'here and now' we all are ready for this
integration.
