There is alot of good information by Bert in the following books on
relationships between men and women and families.

I think what leads is that which guides each and everyone of us in a family. I
remember hearing Bert once referring to how people often say I love
you..................................he added to
that.............saying..........I love you and that which guides us both. That
sounded more complete to me at the time. I feel this is what leads. Pathways
for that would be love, respect, orders of precedence/heirachy and movements
towards balance. On a more human level I would say that there are only ever two
polarities of leadership. One is the feminine and one is the masculine. For
example the masculine principles in both men and women have been dominating and
leading for hundreds of years. For hundreds of years before that it is said
that the feminine ruled. There is also talk now of the masculine serving the
feminine. The wheel keeps on turning all moving and being guided back into
balance.
All conflict is the conflict of the inner male and female each wanting to have
the last word, at war with each other internally, in the home of the body mind
of being human. Who is it that commands in this home? It is only awareness, and
it is also this that holds the power.
