First of all thanks for your answer.
I think I need to clarify my intentions. I have trained both in family and
organizational constellations.
I practiced them and I loved them too.
But because I am formally trained in communication I sometimes feel the
lack of some structured education in psychology and family therapy. Just so
I can feel that I have the foundations.
But I will try to find the book you recommend and appreciate your help and
advice.

In my opinion, Constellations cannot be fully understood studied "on
line", it must be taught to you by a teacher, felt and experienced, other
wise its just all in your head. It must include your intuition and felt
sense abilities.
Western Psychology and western approaches to family therapy is also in the
head, the analytical mind, and some in the heart.
Instead, I would recommend to study *Transpersonal Psychology*, which is
the study of western & eastern psychology, philosophy, human consciousness
development/evolution etc.
This will help you to understand the nature of the various Constellation
practices better.
Find good teacher and invest in their training..
Inserting western psychology into a constellation will get in the way of a
best outcome.
I recommend a good book on this subject...
