i would like to also comment on chris's question below:

immediately after
facilitating one. I had not had the same experience as a workshop

chris and all,
this is both a common and a logical experience. imagine that you
have never been in water and for the first time you dive in for a
short time. the experience is huge and a bit overwhelming. it is
very different that being in the air and wind. you are NOT able to
attend to other things besides this new experience.
as we spend more and more time in the water we adjust to its ways and
we are no longer overwhelmed by the new experience of it. we can
begin to attend to our thoughts and notice more things than just the
cold and strange water in which we are enveloped. experiencing the
field for the first time is often so intense that we cannot focus on
the things going on in the field and retain them in our memory.
perhaps also this new field requires a different kind of memory than
we are accustomeed to and perhaps our physical brain even requires a
new way of remembering?? but this is only a thought that comes to my
mind as i write.
the change into the field is less dramatic as we spend more time in
the field........... eventually the shift will happen easily and we
barely notice it........ perhaps now you are also more easily in the
field after the constellation itself and in it you can also easily
remember.
just some thoughts........ yours, anni mukkala stinn
as one spends more time in the water it becomes more comfortable and
