It is obvious to me anyway...that this work is doing its job. From the
beginning we were all taught that "everyone" is included no matter what....and
here it is....a chance for all of us to remember that! When we see it in the
field for clients, there is no issue that we encourage our client to
understand that no matter how horrible "Uncle So-n-so's" behavior...he still
has a place in their system. So...what's the difference? Their field, our field.
I encourage all of us that facilitate this work to do what Gary asked and
understand that Bert, of all people, and Sophie belong. If it wasn't for
him, where would all of us be? I know that I'm truely grateful for who stands
behind me in this work and I'm truely excited to see that the work is not
dogmatic and has flexibility to grow and develope in ways none of us could
imagine. What an amazing chance we have to grow and develope with it.
